Could you please elaborate on what you were trying to do? I mean, did you take a screenshot and couldn’t find it on your PC? Or you aren’t able to take screenshots in the first place?

Anyway, first make sure your screenshot tool is working and taking screenshots. On Windows, most of the tools give a notification prompt at the bottom-right corner after taking screenshots.

Also, in these types of cases, the SAVE LOCATION of the screenshot varies from one screenshot tool to another. Generally, all of them save their screenshots in a folder named “Screenshots.” So, open the file explorer and try searching for it in the search bar (top-right corner), and you will likely find your screenshots.
